Recession Busters

For my Major Negotiated Project my self-written brief is to create some form of 'help' for people who need to spend less money, or find ways to save money during the recession. Here's one of the ideas I'm working on; the concept that you can make wrapping paper from anything you have lying around, you don't have to buy these things...
